Digital Dental Solutions was founded in 2017 by Zach and Toni Reynolds with a clear vision: to make dentistry more predictable, efficient, and precise through a fully digital workflow.
The company began with a focused mission — helping clinicians treatment plan and place dental implants using guided surgical techniques designed to improve both esthetics and function. Since its inception, Digital Dental Solutions has successfully treatment planned and produced surgical guides for approximately 50,000 implants, supporting clinicians in delivering consistently exceptional outcomes.
Building on that success, the company expanded in 2019 into a full-service dental laboratory, applying the same digital precision across all areas of restorative dentistry. Today, we integrate advanced digital workflows into crown and bridge, implant restorations, removable prosthetics, sleep appliances, and comprehensive implant solutions.

Zach and Toni Reynolds
Zach and Toni Reynolds were married in 2012 and are the proud parents of two daughters, Liv and Lex. As a family, they embrace an active Colorado lifestyle, spending their time camping, boating, skiing, and supporting their daughters in gymnastics, soccer, hockey, and swimming. In the winter months, they can often be found cheering on their favorite hockey team, the Avalanche. Zach, who spent part of his childhood in Minnesota, developed a lifelong passion for fishing and hockey that continues today.
Zach brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental industry. He spent 15 years with Nobel Biocare, where he served in multiple leadership roles, including Territory Sales Manager and Practice Development Consultant. During his tenure, he developed extensive expertise in digital dentistry and guided implant solutions. His performance earned numerous recognitions, including 13 years in the 100% Club and the prestigious Top NobelClinician award. Drawing from this experience, Zach founded Digital Dental Solutions with a commitment to precision, predictability, and innovation in digital workflows.
Toni’s professional background is rooted in sales and brand development. She spent a decade in the beauty industry representing leading brands such as L’Oréal, Paul Mitchell, and Aveda before transitioning full-time in 2018 to help build Digital Dental Solutions. Her passion for helping others feel confident and empowered continues through her work in advancing transformational smile solutions. Outside the office, Toni maintains an active lifestyle and enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and running.
